Dried Beef Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
- 2 pk (8 oz) cream cheese,
- -softened
- 2 pk Dried beef (I used the
- -"salty" kind)
- 1 bn Green onions, chopped (I
- -used regular onion and
- -added some parsley)
- 1 tb Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ts Black pepper
Instructions:
Chop dried beef. Save about 1/4 cup for rolling later. Soften cheese. Blend
in remaining ingredients. Shape into a ball, and roll in reserved beef
chips. Chill until needed. Set out about 30 minutes before serving time to
soften.
This is wonderfully good....and super easy to make.
