Dried Beef Quiche - President's Inaugural Brunch Oct 1981

Ingredients:
- 5 oz Dried beef shredded
- 5 oz Gruyere cheese grated
- 5 oz Cheddar cheese grated
- 5 oz Gouda cheese grated
- 4 Eggs
- 2 1/2 c Light cream
- 2 tb Onions finely chopped
- 1 Pie pastry
Instructions:
1. Roll pie pastry to fit bottom of spring form pan
2. Toss cheeses, beef, onions to disperse evenly.Place mixture onto pie
pastry.
3. Whisk eggs and cream; pour over cheese mixture.
4. Bake 325 F for 1/2 hour, reduce temperarure to 275 F and bake for
additional 1 hour.
