Dry Rub Sirloin

Ingredients:
- 4 (12-oz) New York strip
- -steaks
- 1 tb Ground cinnamon
- 1 tb Freshly ground coriander
- 1 1/2 ts Cayenne pepper
- 1 tb Good-quality Hungarian
- -paprika
- 1 tb Sugar
- 1 tb Salt
Instructions:
Mix spices, dredge meat until well coated. Grill over high heat 3-5
min/side or until desired Also usable on fish, chicken, pork, etc.
