Dry Rub with Honey Mustard Glaze

Ingredients:
- DRY RUB
- 1 tb Garlic powder
- 1 tb Seasoning salt
- 1 tb Cajun spice blend
- 1/4 c Bbq spice blend
- HONEY-MUSTARD GLAZE
- 2 ts Cornstarch
- 1/4 c Water
- 1 1/2 c Honey
- 1 tb Garlic -- minced
- 1/4 c Soy sauce
- 1 Beef bouillon cube
- 1/4 c Lemon juice
- 1/3 c Dijon mustard
- 1 ts Tabasco sauce
Instructions:
Combine water and cornstarch and set aside. Bring honey to boil in 1 qrt
pan . Cook until color deepens and has a nutty fragrance about 5 min.
Decrease heat to medium. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add cornstarch
mixture along with soy sauce and bouillon cube. simmer 5 min. stirring
often. Remove from heat,and stir lemon juice, mustard and tabasco. Genty
reheat before using.
