Duck Pizza

Ingredients:
- 1 oz Hoisin sauce
- 1 oz Pizza sauce
- 3 oz Duck meat without skin --
- Roasted
- 1/2 oz Green onion
- 1/4 ts Sesame seeds
- 1/4 ts Peppercorns -- Szechwan
- 3 oz Mozzarella cheese -- smoked
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 500F with pizza stone. Blend hoisin and pizza sauces.
Spread sauce on dough and cover with shredded duck. Cover with cheese and
onions. Sprinkle sesame seeds and peppers evenly across pizza. Place on
pizza stone in oven and bake until golden brown.
