Dutch Pear Pie

Ingredients:
- 1/4 c Flour
- 3/4 c Sugar
- 1 c Cream or canned evaporated
- Milk
- 1 tb Lemon juice
- 5 Fresh pears, peeled & diced
- Or canned
- Pears in light syrup
- 1/4 ts Cinnamon
- 1 tb Sugar
- 9 In unbaked pie shell
Instructions:
Sift together flour & sugar. Stir in cream & lemon juice. Mix until
smooth. Add pears. Pour into shell. Sprinkle top with sugar &
cinnamon. Bake in 400 oven for 45-50 minutes. Cool until set.
**Apples or peaches may be used.
