Dutch Relish
Categories: RelishesServes: 4 Cups
Ingredients:
- 4 c Zucchini, diced
- 1 c Vinegar
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 1/4 c Prepared horseradish
- 1 ts Salt
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a stainless steel or enamelware saucepan and bring
to a boil. Cool completely. Drain to serve. Makes about 4 cups.
