Dutch Slaw

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Bacon; fried and crumbled
- -(save grease)
- 8 Eggs hard boiled; cut up
- 10 md Potatoes
- 1 Head lettuce; cut up
Instructions:
Add bacon and eggs to lettuce. Heat bacon grease and add 1/4 to 1/2 cup
vinegar. Heat through. Mash potatoes, add lettuce and egg and bacon. Pour
grease and vinegar mix over potato mixture and mix together.
