Duxelle of Mushrooms

Ingredients:
- 3 c Fresh mushrooms, diced
- 1 ts Margarine
- 1 ts Olive oil
- 1/2 c Shallots, diced
- 1/2 c Onions, diced
- 1 tb Soy sauce
- 1 ts Marsala
- Salt & pepper
- 1 pn Garlic powder
Instructions:
Saute mushrooms in margarine & oil over low heat for 5 minutes. Add
remaining ingredients & cook, stirring often, until the mushrooms are
tender, about 15 to 20 minutes. Use to fill pasta dough of your choice &
cook as desired.
