Easiest Ever Baked Meatballs

Ingredients:
- 2 lb Lean ground beef
- 1 lg Egg
- 1/2 c Packaged plain bread crumbs
- 2 tb Instant minced onion
- 2 tb Dried parsley
- 1 tb Garlic salt
- 1/2 ts Pepper
Instructions:
Prehat oven to 400F. Line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with foil. Mix all
ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Form into 1 1/2" balls
using a heaping tablespoonful of mixture for each. Place 1/4" apart on the
lined pan. Bake 12-15 minutes until browned and no longer pink in the
center.
