Easy French Rice

Ingredients:
- 1 cn (8 oz) sliced water chetnuts
- Drained
- 1 cn (8 oz) mushrooms, liquid
- Reserved
- Enough water to equal 1 1/3
- C with mushroom liquid
- 2 tb Margarine
- 1 cn (10 3/4 oz) French onion
- Soup, defated
- 1 c Rice
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole and mix well. Cook,
covered, in a 350 degree oven for one hour. remove from oven and let rest
for 10 minutes.
