Easy Noodle Pudding

Ingredients:
- 2 c Milk
- 8 oz Medium egg noodles
- 4 Eggs - beaten
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 1 lg Red apple; peeled and
- -chopped
- 1/2 c Golden raisins
- 8 oz Cottage cheese
- 1/2 c Crushed pinapple - drained
- 2 -(up to)
- 4 oz Butter or margarine.

In a large pot cook together milk and noodles. bring to a boil. Add eggs,
sugar, apple, raisins, cottage cheese and pineapple. Pour melted butter or
margine into an 8 x 8 casserole. Add noodle mixture and bake at 350 degrees
for about 1 hour - until brown on top. Serves 6 - 8
