Easy Prune Whip

Ingredients:

1 Jar Junior Prunes (Gerber
-or other brand baby food)
1/2 c Heavy (whipping) cream
1 tb Sugar

Instructions:

Whip cream, add sugar and prunes and blend well.

Season- with either 1 teaspoon vanilla (our usual), or a squeeze of lemon
juice, or 1 teaspoon marmalade. Taste! Refrigerate till ready to serve.
