Economy Waffles

Ingredients:

2 Eggs
1/2 c Milk; sweet
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Baking powder
1 c Flour
1 tb Butter; melted - or substit
-ute

Instructions:
Beat yolks of eggs, add milk, salt, flour and baking powder mixed
together and shortening. Add stiffly beaten whites of eggs and bake on
waffle iron unto crips and brown.
