20-Minute White Bean Chili

Ingredients:
- 1 c Chopped onions
- 1 Clove garlic; minced
- 1 tb Vegetable oil
- 1 lb Ground turkey
- 1 cn Stewed tomatoes; (14 1/2
- -ounce)
- 1 c Chicken broth or low sodium
- -chicken broth
- 1/2 c Grey Poupon® Dijon Mustard
- 1 tb Chili powder
- 1/8 ts Ground red pepper; (up to
- -1/4)
- 1 cn Cannellini beans (15 ounce);
- -drained and rinsed
- 1 cn Corn (8 ounce); drained
- Tortilla chips; shredded
- -cheddar cheese, and
- Cilantro; optional
Instructions:
In 3-quart saucepan, over medium-high heat, sauté‚ onions and garlic in oil
until tender. Add turkey; cook until done, stirring occasionally to break
up meat. Drain. Stir in tomatoes, chicken broth, mustard, chili powder and
pepper. Heat to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in beans
and corn cook for 5 minutes. Top with tortilla chips, shredded cheese and
cilantro, if desired.
