Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a glass dish and marinate chicken, covered, 8

Ingredients:

1 c Water
1/3 c Olive oil
1/4 c White wine vinegar
1 c Garlic -- crushed
1 ts Dry mustard
1/4 ts Tabasco
1 tb Lemon juice
Cilantro -- chopped
Salt -- to taste
