Ingredients:
- 2 ts Yeast
- 3 c Bread flour
- 3 tb Nonfat dry milk powder
- 1/4 ts Baking soda
- 1 ts Sugar
- 375 cc Water; 90 deg. C
Instructions:
Recipe By: Bread Group on Internet. Put all ingredients into bread
machine and start.
NOTES: The bread will have a flat or slightly concave top and a wonderful
texture. If you are around during the final rising, sprinkle yellow
cornmeal on top for a nice touch.
