English Pea-Bacon Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 pk (10-oz) frozen green peas;
- -thawed
- 1 c Sour cream
- 2 Green onions; chopped
- 6 sl Bacon; crisply cooked and
- -crumbled
- 1 cn (8-oz) water chestnuts;
- -drained
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Combine peas, sour cream, onions, bacon and water chestnuts. Season to
taste. Yield: 12 servings.
