Espresso Marinade

Ingredients:
- 2 lg Garlic cloves
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/2 c Cooled espresso
- 3 tb Red wine vinegar
- 1 tb Olive oil
- 1 tb Fresh rosemary leaves (or 1
- -tsp. dried)
- 1/4 ts Fresh ground black pepper
Instructions:

Yield: 1/2 cup
In mixing bowl, mash the garlic and salt into a paste. Whisk in the
remaining ingredients. Use on beef or chicken or marinate lamb in this
