Ingredients:
- 2 lb Beef (stewing beef) diced in
- -1 1/2 to 2" cubes
- 3 lg Tomatoes; peeled ,seeded and
- -chopped (up to 4)
- 3 lg Onions; chopped (up to 4)
- Salt to taste
- Sugar ( about 4 Tbs) to
- -taste
- 1 1/2 Lemons; the juice of, to
- -taste (up to 2)
- 2 tb Oil
Instructions:
Brown beef in the oil with the onions until onions start to melt, stirring
often. This process takes a little while. Stir in tomatoes and cook until
they are almost creamy. Add salt, sugar, lemon juice and water to cover
meat. Simmer until meat is tender, about 2 hours. Posted to MC-Recipe
