Estefans' Cuban Ground Beef Creole

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb Ground beef
- 1/2 c Dry red wine
- 2 Onions, chop
- 2 lg Red bell peppers, chop
- 6 oz Tomato sauce
- 1 ts Garlic, mince
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Dried oregano
- 1/4 ts Cumin
Instructions:
In a saucepan combine all ingredients and cook over moderate heat for
