Fat-Free Caesar Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 c Non-fat ricotta cheese
- 2 tb Dijon mustard
- 2 tb Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Clove garlic
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 2 Anchovy fillets
- 1/4 c Non-fat milk
- Salt and pepper
- 2 Heads romaine lettuce
- Homemade croutons
Instructions:
Combine ricotta, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic, lemon juice, anchovies,
salt and pepper in blender. Blend until well combined. Add non-fat milk to
adjust consistency. Toss with greens and garnish.
