Heat waffle iron while preparing batter. Put all these ingredients in
mixer and blend thoroughly. You can use Food Processor also. I spray a
little Pam on the waffle iron, which when it feels like it, can be ornery.
Using 1/2 cup measuring glass, pour on waffle iron, put your timer on for
4.00 minutes or until most of the steaming has abated. These are delicious.

1 ts Vanilla
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Caraway seeds
1 ts Flax seeds
1 c Non fat yoghurt
1 1/4 c Skim milk
