Featherbread Rolls

Ingredients:
- 1 c Milk, scalded
- 2 tb Butter
- 1 Egg, well beaten
- 2 c Flour
- 1 pk Yeast, dissolved in...
- 1/4 c Warm water
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 tb Sugar
Instructions:
Add butter to warm milk. Then add sugar, salt, yeast dissolved in warm
water, egg, and flour; beat well. Let rise 2 hours in warm place. Beat
again, and pour into muffin tins. Let rise again and bake in hot oven (425)
degrees. This recipe makes 1 dozen rolls.
