Festive Rice

Ingredients:
- 4 Stalks celery; sliced
- 1/2 c Canned water chestnuts
- - thinly sliced
- 1 pk Frozen petite peas
- - 8- to 10-ounce package
- 2 tb Butter
- 4 c Steamed rice
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions:
Combine celery, water chestnuts, peas and putter in saucepan. Place over
medium heat and heat through. Toss with rice and season to taste with salt
and pepper. Makes 8 servings.
Each serving contains about: 396 calories; 117 mg sodium; 8 mg
cholesterol; 3 grams fat; 81 grams carbohydrates; 9 grams protein; 1 gram
fiber.
