Directions:

CHESTNUT FILLING
1 c Sweetened chestnut puree
1 tb Lemon juice
1/3 c Whipping cream
1 Egg yolk

Ingredients:

5 Eggs
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Flour
1 ts Baking powder
2 tb "dutch process" cocoa
1 Recipe chocolate icing
