Fish Gourmet

Ingredients:
- 2 tb Salad oil
- 4 Thick fish fillets
- 4 tb White wine
- 4 tb Tomato sauce
- 1 Clove garlic, crushed
- Salt and pepper
- 2 Bay leaves
- 2 tb White breadcrumbs
- 1 tb Parsley
Instructions:
Pour the salad oil into an ovenware dish and arrange the fillets in this.
Sprinkle the white wine and tomato sauce over fish and add the garlic, salt
and pepper, and bay leaves. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over top together with the
chopped parsley. Bake at 350 F, for about 25-30 minutes.
