Fish with Capersauce

Ingredients:
- 2 Lemons,juice and grated peel
- 2 tb Capers,chopped,finely
- 2 Garlic Cloves, smashed
- 8 tb Bread Crumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Egg
- 22 oz Fishfilet
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Sprinkle fish with the lemonjuice. 2. Mix
breadcrumbs with capers,garlic and lemon peel, add
salt and pepper. 3. Mix egg in a dish; dip fish in it,
then in the bread crumb mix until
coated very good. 4. Heat oil and fry the fish
