Fish, California Style

Ingredients:
- 2 lb Fish (pollock, swordfish)
- 1/2 c Vegetable oil
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/8 ts Pepper
- 1/4 c Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Crushed garlic clove
- 1/2 ts Powdered cumin
- Chopped parsley
Instructions:
Cut fish into serving pieces. Combine remaining ingredients & pour
over fish: marinate 1 hour, turning once or twice. Broil on one side
4-5 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
