1. Drain the can of salmon and flake the fish. Set aside.
2. Mix together the cucumber and the cheese.
3. Spread a layer of this onto four of the bread fish shapes.
4. Top with a layer of salmon flakes.
5. Add second fish shape and decorate with cucumber slices arranged as
scales.
