Florentine Stuffing

Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Minced celery
- 1/2 c Melted butter
- 1 Box (6 1/2oz) onion & garlic
- Salted croutons (4 cups)
- 1 Beaten egg
- 1 pk (10 oz) chopped frozen
- Spinach (thawed but not
- Cooked)
- 1/4 ts Thyme
- 1 ds Salt
- 1/8 ts White pepper
Instructions:
Cook celery in butter until tender. combine with other ingredients;
mix well.
