Four Bean Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 cn (no. 2) cut green beans
- 1 cn (no. 2) yellow wax beans
- 1 cn (no. 2) red kidney beans
- 1 cn (no. 2) garbanzo beans
- 1 md Green pepper; cut into
- -long slices or rings
- 1 md Onion; sliced thinly
- 1/2 c Salad oil
- 1/2 c Vinegar
- 1/3 c Sugar
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Pepper
Instructions:
Drain beans. Combine vegetables in a large bowl with a lid. Shake remaining
ingredients well & pour over vegetables; toss to mix. Make 24 hours prior
to serving to allow vegetables to marinate well. Stir occasionally. More
green pepper may be added before serving.
