Fresh Orange Squares

Ingredients:
- 1 c Brown sugar, packed
- 1 Egg
- 1 c Flour
- 2/3 c Orange, peeled, finely cut
- 1/2 c Walnuts, chopped
- Orange glaze:below
Instructions:
Heat oven 350°. In small bowl beat sugar and egg on high 3 min. Stir in
flour, orange and nuts. Spread in greased 9x9x2" pan. Bake 30 to 35 min or
until golden brown. while warm spread with glaze. Cool and cut into 1 1/2
in sqs. ORANGE GLAZE: Mix 2 tables. grated orange peel, 1/3 cup sifted
powdered sugar and 2 teas. water until smooth.
