Fresh Peach Salsa

Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 c Diced peeled peaches, (2-1/2
- -pounds)
- 1/4 c Diced red onion
- 2 tb Finely chopped fresh
- -cilantro
- 1 tb Minced seeded jalapeno
- -pepper
- 2 tb Rice vinegar
- 1 ts Lemon juice
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir well. Cover and chill. Yield:
3-1/2 cups (serving size: 1/4 cup).
Serving Ideas : Serve with pork tenderloin.
