Fresh Tomato Pizzas

Ingredients:
- 8 Melba rounds or toasts
- 2 sm Plum tomatoes; thinly sliced
- 2 tb Chopped red onion
- 2 tb Shredded part-skim
- -mozzarella cheese
- 1 pn Dried oregano
Instructions:
1. Top each melba toast with tomato, onion, cheese and oregano. Arrange
prepared melbas on microwaveable dish.
2. Microwave on High until cheese melts, about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. (To bake
in conventional oven, preheat oven to 400°F. Bake prepared snacks on cookie
sheets until cheese has melted, about 5 minutes.)
Makes 8 servings. Microwave time: About 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Conventional
oven time: About 5 minutes.
Per serving: About 19 cal, 1 g pro, 3 g car, 0 g fat, 19% cal from fat, 1
mg cholesterol, 28 mg sod, 0 g fiber.
