Fried Chicken Strips

Ingredients:
- 4 lg Chicken breasts, cut in
- -strips
- 1/2 c Flour
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Pepper
- 1/2 c Sour cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Mix flour, salt and pepper together. Coat chicken strips in sour cream and
then in flour. Fry chicken strips until golden. Serve with mashed potatoes
and Cream Gravy. Serves 4.
