Fried Jack Appetizers

Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb Sonoma Jack cheese
- 1/2 c Flour
- 2 Eggs; lightly beaten
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/2 c Olive oil
Instructions:
Cut cheese into 2" squares, 1" thick. Roll in flour; dip into egg. Fry in
hot oil just long enough for the cheese to turn golden in color. Warm 1 oz
of your favorite liquor over the Fried Cheese and flambe. Squeeze halved
lemons over flaming cheese. Serve immediately.
