Fried Turkey Breast

Ingredients:
- 1 Breast of young turkey
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1 c Flour
Instructions:
Slice turkey cross-grain in 1/4 inch thick slices. Season with salt and
pepper. Roll in flour. Deep fry in hot fat until lightly browned. Serves
4 to 6.
