Frozen Strawberry Cream

Serves: 10 Servings

Ingredients:
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together in food processor or blender until smooth.
(May have to mix in 2 batches.) Pour into stemmed parfait or wine glasses.
Freeze about 4 hours. (Freezing longer makes dessert too hard.) Let thaw
about 20 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh strawberries, if
desired. Yield: 9 to 10 servings.
