Fudgy Peanut-Ice Cream Dessert

Ingredients:
- 2 c Chocolate wafer crumbs
- (about 36 wafers)
- 1/3 c Margarine or butter,melted
- 1/4 c Sugar
- 1 c Chopped peanuts
- 1/2 c Chocolate fudge topping
- 1/2 c Caramel-flavored topping
- 1 Half gallon vanilla or choc
- -ice cream, softened
- 1/4 c Chocolate fudge topping
- 1/4 c Caramel-flavored topping
- 1/4 c Peanuts, if desired
Instructions:
Mix wafer crumbs, margarine and sugar. Press firmly in ungreased square
pan, 9x9x2 inches. Mix 1 cup peanuts, 1/2 cup fudge topping and 1/2
caramel topping. Spread over crumb mixture. Spoon ice cream onto peanut
mixture; spread evenly.
Drizzle with 1/4 cup fudge topping and 1/4 cup caramel topping. Cover and
freeze at least 12 hours until firm. Serve with peanuts and additional
chocolate fudge topping if desired. Yield: 12 servings. Typed in MMFormat
