Instructions:
1. Prepare one batch of Kellogg's Rice Krispies Treats recipe through step
2 as shown on the box. 2. Divide warm mixture into 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan
cups coated with cooking spray. 3. Evenly press mixture into individual
cups. 4. Cool. Remove from pans and fill with your favorite non-fat frozen
yogurt. Serve immediately. Makes 16 treats. 5. NOTE: Cups may be filled
with puddings, nuts or raisins. For a chocolaty change of pace, substitute
Kellogg's Cocoa Krispies cereal.
