Garden Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
- 3/4 c Best Foods Light or Reduced
- -Fat Mayonnaise Dressing
- 3 tb Lowfat milk
- 2 tb Chopped green onions
- 1 ts Grated lemon peel (opt)
- 2 tb Lemon juice
- 1 ts Sugar
- 1/4 ts Pepper
- 6 c Cut-up fresh vegetables
- Lettuce leaves to line
- -platter
- 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken
- -breasts, grilled & sliced
Instructions:
To make dressing, in small bowl combine first 7 ingredients. In large
bowl, toss vegetables with half of dressing, arrange on lettuce-lined
platter. Top with chicken. Serve with remaining dressing.
