Cook No Yolks according to package directions without salt. Meanwhile,
saute garlic in oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat 2 minutes.
Add sage and pepper. Drain noodles; add to skillet. Stir gently until
noodles are evenly coated. Sprinkle with cheese; toss to combine.
LORI'S NOTE: Don't start the garlic until you've started the pasta. Also
add more romano cheese and place the container on the table so that
everyone can sprinkle it on to taste.
