Asparagus Salad

Ingredients:
- 3 c Asparagus; drained
- 1 1/2 c Tomato juice
- 1/3 c Vinegar
- 1 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Pepper
- 1 ts Sugar; sugar substitute to
- -equal
- 1/4 ts Paprika
- 1 md Chopped onion
- 2 ts Chopped onion
- 2 ts Chopped parsley
- 1 ts Dill
- Lettuce leaves
Instructions:
Place the asparagus in a shallow dish and set aside. Combine the remaining
ingredients (except the lettuce) in a blender and mix well. Pour the
mixture over the asparagus and marinate for 1 hour; drain. Place the
asparagus on the lettuce leaves. Garnish with strips of pimento, if desired
and remaining marinade. Yields 6 servings.
