Gertrude's Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 pk (3-oz) orange gelatin
- 1 c Boiling water
- 1/2 c Cold water
- 1 cn (16-oz) pickled peaches;
- -chopped
- 1/2 c Peach juice
- 1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese;
- -softened
- 1/2 pt Cream; whipped
Instructions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and peach juice. Add
peaches and cream cheese. Mix. Chill slightly. Fold in whipped cream. Pour
into 2-quart dish. Chill.
