Cook potatoes in water until done. Cool slightly, then peel and slice.
Combine salad dressing in a large bowl with onions, celery, and pimento.
Mix well. Add potatoes and eggs and mix gently. Chill.

1 Jar (2oz) Pimento pieces
8 Hard cooked eggs, chopped
