Grind oranges and cranberries with the coarsest blade of a sausage grinder.
Mix with all other ingredients. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
1 lb Cranberries
1 Orange; quartered
1 c Raisins
1/4 c Honey
3/4 c Sugar, white
1 1/2 ts Ginger
