In skillet, over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and saute until
translucent. Stir in chili, garlic, ginger and cumin. Add spinach and cook
until soft. Add salt to taste.

1 ts Cumin seeds
1 10 oz package frozen spinach
Salt to taste
