Cut franks bite size, set aside. Blend vinegar and cornstarch. Add soy,
water, brown sugar, honey, ginger, garlic powder, cayenne and cloves. Mix
well. Microwave uncovered on high 6 minutes or until thickened, stirring
every 2 minutes. Stir franks into sauce, microwave uncovered on medium 10
minutes until thoroughly heated. Stir once. Makes 40 appetizers.
