Golden Glow Salad #2

Ingredients:
- 1 c Water
- 1 c Pineapple juice
- 1 pk (3-oz) lemon-flavored
- -gelatin
- 1 c Drained; crushed pineapple
- 2 c Grated carrots
Instructions:
Boil water and pineapple juice. Dissolve gelatin in boiling mixture. Let
cool, and when it has thickened slightly, add pineapple and carrots. Pour
into one large 5 cup oiled mold or six individual oiled molds. Chill in
refrigerator until firm. Yield: 6 servings.
